After publishing the results of the election, the election officer shall prepare a report containing the following details and submit it to the commission: (a) Number of voters, (b) Details of candidates, (c) Total votes cast, (d) Sadar and Badar votes, (e) Votes received by each candidate in case of election of only one member, (f) Votes obtained by each candidate in case of election of more than one member. First preference votes and the votes of each candidate after the completion of vote counting, (h) details of the elected candidates, (h) details of the staff employed in the election, (j) details of expenses incurred in the election, (k) other details specified by the commission.
